Avoid this car for long trips (150km+)! Honestly, it wasn’t worth the price or the stress. We’ve been using this app for a long time and have never had such a frustrating experience.
While the owner mentioned the car doesn't support fast charging, he failed to inform us about the specific cable type needed (Type 2) or the incredibly long charging durations we should have expected—especially since he knew exactly how far we were planning to drive.
The car is completely unsuitable for highway driving. We were driving well under the speed limit, yet lost 10% battery in just 10 minutes. The lack of information about the charging setup forced us into a major, battery-draining detour. Once we found a station, we were stuck choosing between an 11.5-hour or a 4-hour charge time. We were forced to delay our return by four hours just to get enough power to make it back to Gent.

I always keep my listing as complete and transparent as possible so that every renter knows exactly what to expect. However, it is also important to read the information carefully and plan your trip accordingly. An electric car simply requires different planning than a petrol or diesel car. All the necessary info is provided in the listing and in the one-page guide in the car. 📝
You didn’t read the ad, nor the manual. You neglected to charge the car to be able to bring it back. You didn’t want to bring back the car and wanted to leave it in
Brussels. Eventually you did bring it back but many hours late which compromised a next rental. Everything that went wrong was your own responsibility. Be honest and don’t blame others for your mistakes and expect everyone to clean up your mess. Thank you! 👍🏻
